Spring is finally here!

So, we're finally heading into some warmer weather and it's exciting!  I know everyone here is having spring fever and ready to be out of the house more.  I'm a homebody (y'all already knew that though, lol) so I decided to update our background here to be bright & springy.  What do y'all think?

I want to know what y'all want to see here!  Now's the time to tell me.  Do you want Close To My Heart updates, artwork, techniques, and specials only?  Would you like me to "chat" with y'all about what's going on here at Casa Vaught?  I know that some blogs are basically online diaries but do we really need to do that?  I've been feeling a little more chatty (must be that spring thing) on Facebook so shall we do a little more chatting here?

Please post your comments and thoughts!  I am going to draw a name on March 31st from those who comment and you'll receive a goodie box from me.

great blog!! Your daughters are so grown now! I love getting inspired by others when I see what they've done with their artwork...workshop projects, layouts, etc. Thanks for what you've posted. More?? I have been out of the loop for a while...nothing on my blog for MONTHS!! Hugs!!

I still love traditional scrapbooking. Any tricks and tips you can post that make it simpler would be great for me. All the magazines I look at have all these "techniques" on them that take a long time

Hi Shelly,
Art is always good, but I'm always interested in what you are up to as well. Love the background.

I love your artwork on the front page! Springy, indeed! I'd love more tips, tricks, and examples. Of course, I'm always interested in hearing what the girls are up to. Looking forward to reading more!
